1: SCHEDULE INSPECTION
To schedule your inspection, you can call us at (260) 251-7338 or use the online scheduling tool below. I am happy to provide next-day, evening, and weekend inspections.
2: INSPECTION
The on-site inspection process generally takes 2-4 hours to complete. During this time, I review every inch of the house possible. I will check for leaks, ensure all electrical is operational, and more.
3: REPORT
Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive a full report detailing my findings. This report will include full-color photos and video detailing my findings.
